Dr Joanna Burt is the elder of Tim’s two sisters. She has been a trustee since the Timios Trust was formed, and was passionate that the Trust reflected Tim’s love of travelling and willingness to help people in need in a practical way. She is a GP and mum of four - three lively boys and a daughter - who keep her busy! She is always amazed by what has been achieved in Tim’s memory and loves reading the reports sent in by recipients of grants.

He went on mission with Tim to Swaziland in 1995 and has also been to Uganda to teach and help with a building project and more recently to Kenya to look at contextual theology. Neil feels it is a great privilege to serve as a trustee and blessed to see such great work coming from Tim’s memory and his faith in Jesus Christ. Neil enjoys reading the reports sent by applicants and hearing how God is working in the lives of those who apply for grants from Timios.
